Purchase Terms
- You understand that upon purchase you will receive virtual items or goods in an exchange with no physical involvement.
- Your contribution to Blox Studio will be invested toward updating the server and improving it.
- If due to an unrelated conflict you decide to part ways with Blox Studio or your account is suspended, Blox Studio retains all rights to the sum of the contributions you have made to the server. If you are banned from our server, your perks may remain assigned but will be inaccessible for use.
- We have a strict no-refund policy on all donations and purchases. There will be no exceptions unless required by law.
- If you believe there is a billing issue, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as fraud and abuse of the platform.
- Donating does not grant you immunity from server rules or regulations. You will be treated as a normal user, and misuse or abuse of perks may result in restriction or removal.
- You agree that you own the funds used to donate and or have the bill payer's consent.
- We reserve the right to remove any items, perks, or benefits granted to your account at any time.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without issuing advance notification.
- You acknowledge the terms of the product you are paying for and fully understand what you will receive. You also agree to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase before completing it.
